What does a ChatMail on Renati subscription include?

What does the pre-installed device option include?
We procure you a new authentic Pixel phone, expertly installed with ChatMail on Renati OS. We ship your installed phone in a tamper-proof box with a high-quality cable and ChatMail Quick Start Pocket guide.
What do I need to install the Renati Digital Download?
You must source an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) unlocked Pixel phone. Compatible OEM unlocked phones include Pixel 4a, 4a (5G), 4XL, 5, 5a, 6a, 6, 6 Pro, 7, 7a, 7 Pro, 8, 8a, 8 Pro. Pixel phones sold by Verizon are incompatible.
You’ll need to use a secure private Wi-Fi and use an up-to-date Google Chrome browser. Most browsers update automatically by default, but if your browser is out of date for any reason, you can manually update it by doing the following: Open your browser menu. Find your browser's About page and select it. Click the update button. Close your browser and relaunch it.
How will I receive the Renati digital download?
You will receive an email from us, within two business days of your purchase, that includes your private download link, your initial setup credentials and links to supporting tutorial videos.
Technical
Do I need a SIM card?
No. ChatMail can be used over WiFi, or you can use your own local SIM card.
What are your SIM card coverage areas? How much data is provided?
Our International SIM cards work in 150+ countries. With ChatMail’s custom compression algorithm and Renati’s strict policy for no bloatware, third-party services, and streaming which all use a ton of data the allotted amount of data per month is more than enough. Our SIM cards will not work on your regular phone, and do not have phone numbers associated with them.
Will 911 Emergency Location Services work?
No. Renati removes all embedded location service codes and GPS drivers, ensuring your location remains private.
Can I communicate with other platforms or phones?
Myntex prioritizes top-tier security by design. To ensure the strongest encryption possible, it communicates with:
- Other ChatMail users on Renati devices: This guarantees end-to-end encryption for maximum privacy.
- Devices using PGP encryption on approved platforms: ChatMail works with authorized PGP encryption solutions, but some functionality is limited compared to using ChatMail on Renati.
- BlackBerry AFW platform: ChatMail can be provisioned with BB AFW compatible devices, provisioned through our reseller network.
Do you offer technical support and/or how-to guides?
- We offer ChatMail and Renati tutorial videos to help you get set up, navigate and take advantage of all the security features.

Does Renati allow for multiple accounts per device?
No, you cannot install multiple accounts on the same device, and you cannot have the same username installed on multiple devices.
How long is the battery life of the compatible Pixels?
Our Renati Mobile Device Management (MDM) offers improved battery life. With Doze enabled and display off, users can expect an impressive 7.4 days of battery life.

What forms of payment do you accept?
With our online store you can automatically pay with PayPal. If you prefer to pay with Bank Wire, BitCoin (Registered through BitPay), or E-Transfer (Canadian Clients only) please reach out to us directly to complete your purchase.
Can I use a Renati Phone anywhere in the world?
The sale and use of encrypted software is prohibited in China, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Sudan & Syria, with noted restrictions in Belarus, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Pakistan, Singapore, Tunisia and Vietnam. Since the “personal use exemption” laws can change anytime, please check before travelling.
ChatMail on Renati OS is not available in the following regions due to Canadian export sanctions.

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to prepare your order.
Shipping for pre-installed devices
Renati orders are shipped with UPS, Monday to Friday from our Calgary, Alberta Head Office. Expect delivery within 5-10 business days. Devices are shipped in Renati boxes, sealed with a tamper-proof sticker.
We currently ship exclusively within Canada & the United States.
Software Returns & Cancellations
No returns, refunds or cancellations. Renati installations are authorized for your username only and set for the duration of your subscription term.
Hardware Warranty – 1 year from date of purchase
If you purchased a new Pixel from us and the hardware is defective (when used normally in accordance with its designed operational conditions), email us your order confirmation receipt to request a return. Myntex will pay for shipment of your defective phone to us, and for a new comparable Renati phone to be shipped back to you. Defective item return requests will be denied if the device has signs of damage caused by mishandling or misuse.
The warranty does not apply to the cable accessory or software delivered with the devices. Renati and its software components are provided on a subscription basis.
The warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are expected to diminish over time and normal use, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (c) to damage caused by use with a third party component or product that does not meet the Renati specifications; (d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake, war, meteor strike or other external cause; (e) to damage caused by operating the device outside normal operating conditions (like extreme temperatures, extreme humidity, in a vacuum, etc.); (f) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Myntex; (g) to a device that has been modified to temporary or permanently alter functionality or capability in any way without the written permission of Myntex; (h) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the device.
All users are advised to keep safely the proof of payment for returning item(s)' delivered.
What are your data protection and privacy assurances?
By subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with all applicable legal provisions regarding data protection in Canada’s jurisdiction.
Your personal data is exclusively used for the processing of contracts made between you and us. Under no circumstances will the data collected be used beyond of the contractual purpose, or otherwise sold to third parties.
